Some convenience some annoyances. If you don't have the app open and in the foreground you won't receive your calls and constantly disconnects from the soft phone. For the other admin stuff it's a little lackluster but what's there is convenient to have at your fingertips. Have to sign back into it almost daily.

Terrible. I work for a funeral home and we have to be able to answer our phones 24/7. Windstream switched apps they use for call forwarding or (VOiP) without even bothering to mention it to us. They then hand us this app, which has yet to work properly and after countless phone calls with IT, it still doesn't work. Not sure why you switched apps when the other was working just fine. We are at the point where we might have to go with a different company.

I've tried to pay my bill every month for several months now. It won't let me log in and pay my bill through the app. It tells me that it doesn't support phone or tablet, however, it gives a link to down load the app. I assume for bill pay. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled more than once and still no luck. Unless windstream gets it fixed it's not worth having. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S9+. It isn't the phone because I'm not the only one complaining.

This app is HORRIBLE! Doesn't let me answer calls; normally drops call proir to connecting. Outgoing calls seem to work OK but quality is nothing to rave about. Most recently, the app just started calling recent contacts on its own while my phone is connected to Andriod Auto (even with soft phone DISABLED). Randomly logs you out. Causes issues with phone screen (flickering while App is running in background). Hard to believe this is a business solution.

Terrible software. Terrible service. They are obviously struggling with technology and manpower. Our business is suffering due to lack of reliable internet. Customer support has too many layers. Business App will not install. Offshore Customer service is useless. Cannot get physical repairs in any reasonable time frame. Support Software is an endless loop.

Locked out of my payment account since updated. Can log in, no records are there. I've revised my review. After two more months of having to authenticate every month in terms of they don't know who I am, I find this app is just below par. Too much work for the customer not enough work for the agency that dropped this app in your lap. It's a very sad app coming from a very sad company that needs to cheer up and do the work that say they're going to do.

Not great. I am using my personal phone for work with this app. I log off on Friday and disable the soft phone but the app still logs me back in I'm getting works calls on my Saturday off at 9am. It randomly drops calls and turns on airplane mode. There is no way from this app to transfer voicemails to my fellow employees

Why cant they figure out billing on the app. You have to set the app up on a desktop before you can pay a bill on the app. Makes no sense at all to any of my app developer's except lazy tech folks
