Only good for live updates. I thought I could finally catch live matches easier, which is probably one of this app's missions; bringing table tennis to more people. However, during my experiences using this app, even after registered, I still couldn't watch any live match. About available region is unclear, the live streaming kept pausing by itself and then displayed a region-locked message, not to mention the weird way of broadcasting table 1 and other tables.

This app is unbelievably hard to use. First I had a struggle getting the registration email (I still don't know why I couldn't for one time and succeeded later). Then I couldn't open the videos and everything is processed so slowly like I'm using an electronic device from 10 years ago. Later I realized only a small subset of videos are available and you can't find anything on matches some time ago. I have to say this app is as awful as your present camera angle. Please do some OPTIMIZATION!

This app certainly is very slick looking. However, and quite sadly, that's where the positives end. The "cool features", such as faves, ostensibly have no benefits. The app frequently crashes and freezes, requiring restarts every time it is used. Watching videos is akin to playing whack-a-mole with the play button. The error handling is poor, rendering the app painful to use. Almost everything that this app and its sister site purports to do was done better on the old ITTF site.

The general idea is good and I'm looking forward to the day this app works seamlessly. But at the moment, it is extremely slow, many functions don't work, you can't define or change your profile details - nothing is saved. Much much improvement needed. Hopefully this will come to pass and we table tennis lovers will have a great app!

Its a right step with the right idea. Also the layout and programming are decent. Just the main goal letting people watch tabletennis more easily is a complete failure. If you want to watch its not possible because of sign in which does not work at all. It does not tell you its not available it just does not even send you an email for registration. This error lasting since august this year. Also does not even lead you to the stream on youtube always sign in which is broken.Just alienate the fans

1. When entering the app, live matches should be the first thing to see, or it should at least be clear on how you find them. You have to actually know that a live match is going on in order to find the exact tournament and exact match yourself. For a non table tennis player, that's too much work. 2. Adding a favorite player or not makes no difference. It should show upcoming matches and news of my favorite player, first thing when I enter the app, or much clearer at least. Right now nothing.

I don't think there could possibly be a slower app in the known part of the universe.

I have tried with several email addresses but none of them was accepted to register an account 🙃. It's always "Something went wrong". It doesn't get better using the website!!!!
