Terrible app. When I sign in, I only have the option to book an appointment. I can't access any other part of the app to input my order number and actually use it. My husband's app has our order stuck on awaiting delivery booking even though we have received the kitchen so we can't input any returns needed due to damage. I would give this 0 stars if possible.

Meh. App allows me to see what I have ordered but doesn't allow me to open any documents, such as contract, charter, or, more importantly, the installation instructions. It's disappointing, particularly if I have any problems after delivery and need replacement products.

It is an awful App. Nothing seems to work. Instructions can not be downloaded, 3D view doesn't work, suggests I update my OS (despite having the latest phone/version), no sku numbers on the order, etc etc.

Can't view documents or instructions, say I need to grant access to store or handle a file... emailed App support and had no reply either. like they say the stores are great, App and back ground staff not so.

Panoramic view is pathetic. When touching to look down it just scrolls the whole page! Also doesn't convert to full screen so difficult to see everything. Clicking 'More' under summary doesn't do anything. Document download doesn't work. Keeps crashing. It's just awful. Let's hope their kitchens are built better than their digital services

The app makes the experience so much easier to check anything you need for your order instead of going through your paperwork. The only issue I had was the 360 view it was very hard to navigate I would also would of liked the option to open the cupboards n drawers on the app like you can at the showroom.i had a couple of issues with my order the app makes ordering spare parts so much easier without having to wait on the phone for ages to speak to someone.

Fantastic app and a fantastic company to deal with. Can monitor everything from delivery to detailed plans. What I found incredible was the fact that you can order replaced parts for each unit. Didn't have to call customer service, it was sorted with just a few taps on my phone. The only kitchen company you should use. From the design appointment to the delivery, service was top knotch. 👌

App is amazing. It gives you all the details you would need during your processing of the kitchen and after delivery. Keeps you up to date on the stages of your kitchen. Really easy to order new replacement door as just found door on app and clicked to resend and it came withing the next few days. Amazing, easy and hassle free! Would definitely recommend.
