The interface is horrible. The user experience is horrible. Every time I want to control my lights, I have to go through an entire system reset. Whether its the IT Alliance app to control the transformer or the bt Alliance app to control the lights, I have to be between 3 inches to 3 feet away. And that's with the range extenders installed.

Terrible App. App Support Non Existent App constantly crashes to the point where you cannot use a single feature. The app or perhaps the lights constantly move in and out of what's supposed to be a secure network. I've been installing these lights professionally for years and just thought that these were growing pains and it would get better but it really hasn't. They don't seem to be investing anything into app updates or support. Not sure if I can justify using their product much longer.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the reviews. The interface of this app is awful. It needs a serious update. The app allows you to create a network but not delete, and the search for decices is extremely spotty. Preferences are lacking, and there is no open interface to connect with other services. Please, if you want to improve this app, reach out to me, and I will be more than happy to design and document features to generate a superior experience for you!

Works best standing 10 - 20 feet from the fixture. Will connect to all fixtures within range and can operate those fixtures as a group or independently. Very cool! To those who have commented that the app is difficult to connect to the lights, on a few occasions when I've not been able to connect, turn off Bluetooth on your phone and cut power to the lights, wait a minute and then turn everything back on.

Amazing lights. Horrible app. You could get someone off Fiverr to build a better app for $20. Suggestions: 1) Sort fixtures by name 2) Create custom scenes 3) Save scene from current configuration 4) allow for making scenes static and alternating instead of switching all from color to color 5) General usability improvements... contract a UX designer!!!!!

Use these alliance product, and always have the most difficult experience with the bt app. I installed 50-60 light on a property, two transformer to cut on only half the light because of the app 30 minimum and programming reasoning. I very unhappy contractor and if this app doesn't get and serious upgrade I'll have to stop purchasing this product. I'm installing and spending good money with this company. Great light for the most part but with that said still having issues as we speak with..

Terrible. As much as these lights cost there should be a better way. The available lights bounce all over the screen so fast that you can't even click on them. This app is total trash. Alliance disabled comments on their YouTube videos so people can't tell them how terrible this app is. I smell a class action for the amount of money I spent on these lights that don't work.
