Tried to use the browser version that tells me to download the app. The app is just a hosted browser for this one site. Navigating to the setting I need opens up a browser window outside the app back to the site. I have entered four "one time" passcodes. I just want to access a merch store for a TV show I enjoy! Needlessly convoluted.

I have been with Vodafone for about....25 years!!?? I have got sim only with unlimited data mins and txt for £18.00 month and the plan is great and the secure net is a great tool for Vodafone mobile 📲 well done thanks very much for bringing this to us. The reason I deleted the app wasn't because there was something wrong with it my SIM Only contract provider has given me a great deal with unlimited data mins and txt for two years and I trust Google and Android To keep my devices going well...

It's an ok app. I wish there was an option to not have a child profile and still have my security as strong. Also, I would prefer to know why websites have been blocked rather than just giving me an ip address which doesn't tell me anything. This has potential but in its current state I don't see the benefits

Absolutely useless can be worked around way to easily. Bock basic control from the router

I didn't even want this service and didn't realise I was being billed for it. I don't use it and have never used it. I know it's only £1.20 but how about I knock the same off my mobile bill every month. It wouldn't work would it

Absolute joke. Added to my bill by default when I didn't ask for it (I don't care that there's a free trial). And then you block websites and make ME download an entire app to try unlock them. Then it takes 6 hours to update?! Just more junk to try get a few extra quid from you. Edit after reply: I shouldn't have to cancel something I never signed up for.

It's gotten a bit tedious, downloading various different apps for different services, which could be spread across one significant app. A sly way to occupy the already limited data of devices and also shove brand loyalty down your throat. Now I have to download an app, accept app usage T&Cs as well as surrender whichever qualifying data necessary to use the app. I will be deleting after the fact but thought I'd share that it's gone a bit OTT (overboard). Scale it back Vodafone
