The Xerox® Workplace mobile app enables simple local printing and scanning with your Xerox MFP. When used in conjunction with Xerox® Workplace Cloud / Suite (www.Xerox.com/mobile), it further allows users to connect in a controlled secure way from any anywhere, to any device over any network (without direct printer connection.)

1.) Obtain your Company Code information for your Xerox® Workplace Solution from your administrator
2.) Download and install Xerox® Workplace App
3.) Register & Login to Xerox® Workplace using your Company Code and Credentials
4.) Browse your Mobile Device and open a document to print
5.) Select “Open In…” using Workplace to Upload, Preview & Print your Documents*
6.) Select an available printer, printer options and release your document

Doesn't connect or see 3025 bi xerox Even type in ip address. This app is useless . Can see the printer in internet service workcentre 3025 . This app doesn't see anything. My pc & laptop both see and can access. But android phone no . Thanks for being unhelpful app

The app works fine, buttttttttttt... I can't "Print" from my phone, I have to "share" the doc with the app. 2) The printer doesn't default to 8.5x11, I have to change it from A4 EVERY TIME, which is super annoying when I'm in a hurry and forget, then the printer doesn't print bc it's waiting on a different size paper.

The worst 😫 printer ever to wireless configuration that I found in my life (Why Xerox didn't fix this app)!!! 1o.)+ than a year and this app still can't accept this printer); * I use my mobile Samsung A51 to print simple things to my Xerox WorkCentre 3025... I tried some apps, in a general configuration, it workers simple with the Printershare app; 2o.) The print screen is too small; 3o.) The print screen is a low grey, not darker enough. The screen is not easy to read without direct light.

It works but is very spartan. You can't print directly from the phones gallery as it never finds the printer so you have to open the app and select the picture from the tiny thumbnail. Once selected there is no preview and no print opions (fill page orientation etc) other than colour/bw, it just prints immediately. So it kinda works but isn't overly useful.

Can no longer print locally to WorkCentre 3215 from Pixel 3 running latest version of stock Android (10). Used to use Xerox Print Service just fine, now that doesn't work and says the printer is no longer a supported model and to use this app instead. But when you try in this app it just says you must login first. I don't have an account to log into, and shouldn't need one. I want to print locally to my WorkCentre 3215 from my phone which used to work fine. Others having the same issue as well.

It was a nightmare to onboard the printer. The app couldn't do it after all, I did it with my PC. Now the app doesn't find it at all, I've tried with the IP as well. My device is on the same network, printing from PC trough wireless works, but this app just cannot find the printer.

amazing im printing directly from my phone and it was absolutely easy to set up. just downloaded the app accepted terms and conditions and i had my phone hooked up to the printer and was able to select it and that was all. just had to find my files to print

12-7-21: Works for almost everything but sometimes pdf and jpg turn to ASCII on droid os10. Would like a custom page size setting. 3-1-22: -1Star Droid OS12. The pdf printing fails everytime now. Also is there a way to set default page size. It defaults to A4. I usually use letter and have to cancel and reprint after changing size.
