No response - app completely and totally stopped working for us last week. Contacted the help desk still no response. We are unable to access our cameras remotely when an alarm goes off to see what's going on. Will not allow us to log in.

Can you remove the Cellular warning or at least give us the option to turn it off. It's really annoying, most of the time. Who has cellular data limit nowadays, especially this being gears toward business users.

The app was working great until the last update on the Apr 3. Then it just stopped working. When I open the app it never loads and when I tried to reinstall it now it just times out when I try to set up the server login.

It works great on Apple devices, but won't load anything for android, have had it for about a year, still works for Apple, but it won't do anything for android devices, do not get on here

Servers won't be place numerically, placed at bottom of list no matter the server name. Would be nice if this was changed to make ease of use better.

It was great. I mean absolutely, then nothing works. Times out, then I noticed, update happened 4 days ago. So much for that. Not saying, just saying. Want 5 stars, make it go

Will not log into after re install on new phone. Also live Veiw on other phone times out in 1 minute even though setting is for 10 minutes. Just saw that I'm not the only one with similar experience. WHAT ARE YOU DOING 3X LOGIC?
