I'll just have to agree with the rest of the crowd that these intrusive watermarks, downgraded features and toxic subscription model have effectively ruined my amazing relationship with this app. Unless Xodo eventually gives me a one-time purchase option, which I'd gladly have paid, I have to switch to something that works better out-of-the-box without subscribing a monthly fee which I would never pay, given the overloaded supply of free and satisfying alternatives. Xodo is "just" a PDF reader.

Edited: I previously had some bad experiences with the new interface with onedrive and googledrive, where xodo sometimes saved the updated document as a local copy in a temporary directory but not over the cloud. This seems to have been ironed out. Xodo turns out to be superior not only to foxit reader, which has some bugs in this area, but also to acrobat reader, which doesn't support onedrive.

This is freaking awesome! It does it all! Having been totally screwed at a gig, marking up chord sheets with Acrobat only to lose all the notations, I tried this app for the next gig. It proved 100% reliable, with everything I needed - frankly everything I could THINK of needing too - in PDF editing and display. OK, the menus CAN be a bit confusing, but I quickly got used to them. Don't get suckered into paying for extra Acrobat Reader 'functionality'. But I'd WILLINGLY pay for this app!

This used to be a good and free app. Now they want a monthly pay model. Since most of what you gain with that model is not needed for most of us they should offer a lifetime version with a few of the locked features. That would be much more attractive than monthly. As with many of the recent reviews I have read I am looking for a replacement too. But offer us a onetime payment version with a few of the locked tools and I'll bet lots of us will stay with you as this is a great app.

It is really annoying that it is one of the most expensive pdf apps, but still has many problems. It used to be very good app and I am used to it. Now, even I am subscribed I can't split a pdf into two, I can't extract pages into separate pdf and everytime I open the pdf I want to edit it says: "Save a PDF copy on your device to modify this document" It is getting very annoying and there is no difference between the free app and subscribed one on the topics I mentioned.

As of this past update, they made the rearrange/delete/add multiplr pages at once a premium only feature. That, combined with other features being locked behind a prescription, is making me look for a different app. I didn't mind the addition of a mandatory watermark, but I certainly mind having one of my most used features be locked behind a pay wall

It used to be an excellent free pdf viewer with some simple editing abilities. Now you can no longer even export or send a copy without paying a $12/month fee or getting a watermark. At least you can still export and share from the file browser though. As soon as they try to charge to even save a PDF without a watermark though, I'll be deleting the app.

Xodo is an amazing app for reading, editing, and annotating PDFs. It’s easy to use and offers great tools like highlighting, adding comments, and filling out forms. The app also allows you to sync with cloud services, making it convenient to access files from anywhere. It works fast and doesn't lag, even with large documents. But there's a problem I'm facing. I can't highlight some pdf, I don't why. Please fix this. Highlighter is important.
