The app used to be terrible. I literally only had the app because it was the Magic However, this update is fantastic. It's still a bit slow in places but it's much cleaner to look at and navigate and now I know I'll definitely be using it to keep up to date with the team here in the UK. The schedule could do with revamping though. The order for past results is the wrong way around, showing the oldest first instead of most recent and you have to scroll past all of them to see future games.

This season has been a disappointment as a season ticket holder using the app. I always need to struggle to get my tickets after the second log in to Ticket Master. Also the assigned seats are not as good as last couple seasons. Always upper bowl and rarely lower or club. It makes the value drop significantly for me and I'm struggling with the idea of renewal next season. 😟

I get an email stating that my tickets are only accessible through the Orlando Magic app. I download the app and I keep getting errors trying to create an account and it also continuously crashes every time I click "manage tickets". If you are going to force people to use this app to get their tickets then make sure the app works!!!

Worst app ever....always issues. Can't access my tickets. No solutions from app team. Had less problems when switched to a newer phone....but the latest update is causing issues again. Go back to paper tickets or get an app that works. Makes my decision to not renew season tickets easier.

Every time there's an update I have issues with the app on my android phone. I have to Uninstaller and reinstall the app in order for it to work. Can you fix this issue? Apple does not have this issue.
