This app will not work on my android device despite google play saying it is compatible. It installs fine but whenever I open it I get "Unable to reach service, check your internet connection and try again.". There is no problem with my internet connection. Every other app accesses the internet fine. Problem exists after many restarts and even a factory reset. The really nice part though is you can not get any tech support. I tried customer service and their response was "I would suggest you take it to your phone store and see if they can troubleshoot it". I also emailed the developer at the address on this page and have gotten no response in over a week.

Current version has severe issues playing videos, maybe 1/10 actually plays properly. This used to be a convenient app for staying up to date with the team but it essentially unusable now. The video player on the main website has such a terrible interface, that it's almost as bad as this app, a barely serviceable alternative... It's been like this for months. That fancy new studio for VEN isn't much use if no one watches the content produced.

This app used to be amazing. Unfortunately, it's just an unusable icon now. The ads load (of course) but the actual vikings videos do not, which stinks, because the vikes have a great media team. Also, it will not allow me to login with credentials to participate with in-app content. Many people have already voiced their concern, but figured I would add to the pile in efforts to bring awareness to the issue.

Lifelong Vikings fan, this app used to be very good. Then wobbly left/sacked, since then this app has sucked. Sometimes it doesn't load at all, when it does, the videos rarely play. Can not watch the press conferences, but thankfully if you wait long enough an news article will eventually make its way to your screen. I get it, solar flares, sun spots and the like, but this has been going on for over a year. Considering uninstalling, but that feels like a betrayal of my beloved Vikings.

9/13/21 updated again. really like the new feel. videos work again... so happy about that. 7/28/21 Update Almost the start of another season and half the videos won't play. Ad plays perfect. 6 seconds into content and froze. Same as most reviews and no response. I used to access this app daily to find out what's going on with my favorite team. Now the app opens and then immediately shuts down. Soon disappointed.

OnePlus user here. The concept is great, but there are way too many issues: I have to open the app, then close it and then open it again for it to start working and, most of all, I CAN'T SEE THE VIDEOS FULL-SCREEN!! There is no button for turning the video around and the app doesn't perceive the rotation of the phone to adjust accordingly. PLEASE fix this.

App is sometimes garbage. Watching the game today. Game score was more than 6 game minutes behind in the third quarter. PBP was still in the 2nd quarter. ....Update two years later. Still a crashy app. The tickets portion appeared to work flawlessly when attending a game. Kudos for that. I was attempting to listen to the game audio through the app. First off, the logo on the app showed the Chargers' bolt. Secondly, it caused the app to crash.

Please help. I'm a season ticket holder and I'm having major issues accessing my tickets through the app. I frequently get an error message stating, "Session expired. Please sign in again." However, I can't leave the screen and I don't have the option to log back in to my ticket master account. The only fix is to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I have a Samsung S10+.
