The Active World app is your self managed personal portal and companion app for the Active World Leisure Management solution. Just enter your centre's name or scan its QR code to connect to your centre. Active World allows you to:

• View upcoming classes
• Book new classes
• Advise of your child’s non-attendance and book make-up lessons
• Track learning pathways and progression
• Receive digital awards for effort, teamwork, perseverance and having FUN!
• Send and receive messages to the Centre staff
• Manage personal and billing details
• Add relatives to your account so they also have visibility of schedules and progression

It's truly terrible. It's overwhelming and absolutely not intuitive or accessible, half of the menu options are duplicates, the developers don't respond to messages at all, the message function to the gym doesn't work, and unfortunately our gym (Knox Leisureworks) seems sold on continuing to use it.

Ever since the latest update a pre-defined filter has been added to the class bookings section. This now means I need to make multiple clicks to remove the filter before being able to book into a coaching zone class or a 'begin' session.

Terrible, creates multiple entities if you don't complete sign up straight away, even if you use the exact login! Cannot remove or merge once multiple entities are set up. Not easy to use!

I have been using this app for a while for my local gym classes. After a recent update (which they never give you notice about), I have lost functionality in booking classes. Apparently, the updates for the software are only being maintained for Apple users - meanwhile Android phones get a downgrade. I can no longer do any filtering by day/date/time for my classes, and have to scroll through the entire week to get to the class I want to book. And refreshing the search is also a joke.

This app is absolutely terrible. Could not purchase a membership initially, was required to enter an email and it wouldn't register that, kept coming up with a message saying "please enter a valid email". Cannot book classes as nothing loads. Could not enter a bank account. App just freezes and exits all the time. Whoever created this app needs to really fix the software as there are major issues. This app is completely useless.

If I could put a 0 star rating I would. Absolutely useless. To book classes you have to go under sessions. Then it won't show you any more than 2 days in advance. I tried the drop down option to change the dates but that won't work either. The images are warped and askew when used on phones. I really feel this app takes away from my experience with my local gym!!!

Basic application with poor design. For example, the messenger capability is very challenging to use due to the text being typed being in a fixed-size field (that's less than one line high). I'm also unable to verify family email addresses as the button simply doesn't work. It has the foundations of what should be a useful app, it just feels like an alpha or beta release at the moment. Haven't been able to get far enough in to try and book classes etc.
