The app crashes every time I log in and goes back to log in. The website refuses to save any changes to a profile. We have reached out for tech support and received nothing more than a form message response. This platform is rubbish. Updated 10.11.24 App was finally working. New update went out yesterday and now it is impossible to login. Stored credentials return an error of "insufficient permissions. You are not eligible to login." No remedy, no explanation, no access to my assignment schedu

Your app has bugs. I've installed it and re-installed it, yet every time I open the app, I get an error message: "Permission error You don't have the permission" Moreover, unlike other apps, each time I open the app, I have to go into settings, sign out, then sign back in in order to use any of the app's functions. This problem arose within the last few months. I never had such problems last year.

The app continually kicks me back to the login page. I have confirmed multiple times that my password and user name are correct because I am able to gain access through the website with the same information.

Just Shy of Useless. Not Ready for Prime Time. App does not display assignments, only blocks. Also unable to look up contacts. App DOES display memos posted to your associations, but if the text is longer than a screenfull, you are unable to scroll to see remaining text. UI looks decent and straightforward, but back end is practically useless. It appears you can use app to add/modify blocks, but I haven't tested this out. Samsung Galaxy S20+ running Android Snow Cone
