Great app for inspections. It is really easy to use for managers, inspectors, and especially for the tenants when they review they inspections. I just wish they brought the option for wide-angle photos back.

The app is easy to use. It offers spaces for comments, pictures, and videos. With a 360 camera, inspections are so much faster, and you don't have to worry about something being overlooked. It keeps the email address of the tenants, so when you do a report, they are in the system for you to submit it easily to them. It is relatively easy to edit the rooms needed and their names as well to desinate which room, such as front bedroom, primary bedroom, etc. zInspector has made my life easier.

I use this software daily, and it is an invaluable tool for my inspection service. It is easy to navigate, and the finished reports look fantastic. Tech support is typically very quick to respond if you run into an issue or have a question about one of the functions. We will continue to use this report software as long as it is available! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

This is less a review of the app and more a review of the zinspector software as a whole. But since the use of the app and website are pretty solidly linked, I think it's fitting to review both. Bottom line, it's fantastic. I can't express how much simpler it is to do an inspection with zinspector, and the support crew is phenomenal. I've had a couple of support tickets in, and the responses were timely and genuinely helpful. The team is constantly rolling out new features and QoL updates. 5*

We use this software for our property and love the responsiveness of the team, how adaptable the program was to setup, and it's ease of use. Just shy of a 5 star due to limited customization to be able to efficiently adopt it into our full workflow. Saves us a ton of time and resources, but doesn't solve all of our inspection/management issues... yet!

We have used other inspection apps and this by far is the best you will find. There are many tutorial videos on how to get started and the app is always evolving for property management needs. The developer is quick to respond to any questions. Can't recommend enough!

Great app! Note, yoh need to use the website to access some of the functionality, like archiving or deleting properties. The mobile app is not very intuitive at the moment.
