Disappointing. It started out fine, but as others mentioned, they keep changing how miles are earned and how many miles are required for rewards. Gift cards that cost 5,000 mi when I started a little over a month ago are now 10,000 miles. It's also difficult to redeem for gift cards as they only release a few at certain times, you have to be quick to get one. I switched to Miles Plus and actually earned fewer miles that I did with the free membership by watching commercials.

I like the app. The problem I am having is my streak for trivia keeps resetting everyday. It started this about a week ago. I was told it was because I wasn't completing the trivia before the time runs out. I have not seen any kind of a timer. I have tried to complete the trivia at different times to figure out when this timer is, but finished trivia yesterday morning and today I had yet again it saying I broke my streak and a freeze was used, but the freezes have never been used.

This app has changed so much. When I first started using it, I was always at the highest level due to driving 150 miles a day. However, it has changed so much, it is unusable. It takes soooooo much to get soooooo little in return. Many times the app doesn't recognize it being opened, I tried this on different devices, and today it deducted over 154,000 miles for a "maintenance fee" for non use for two months. So, I guess I won't be using ever again since my account is now 0.

Used to be great years ago; now just a $$ grab. I drive rideshare full-time, easy to get miles; even if I get lazy/don't watch the ads. I crunched the numbers; not actually worth the money to pay for Miles+; virtually impossible just to break even. Gift cards are legit, but are very limited in quantity when they are released every hour. Even with split second timing, it is extremely difficult to grab a gift card. Other apps that offer gift cards are a better download. Uninstalled.

I am a regular commuter on public transport, but i never earn enough miles for anything. When i finally earned enough for a giftcard, they are all sold out, never available. And even when i manage one to open, there is always some problem. And over the last week the price of $5 cards increased from 5000 points to 7500 points and today they cost staggering 10000 points. This is 200% inflation! What a ripoff and waste of space. The app goes to the trash.

Recently, the amount needed for a reward doubled. (Used to be 5K = $5 /now 10K = $5) In addition, the amount of miles per trip went down by 50% (used to be 80 miles /now its 40 miles) I understand the need for changes to keep the app running. In my opinion, one of these changes would've seemed reasonable. I really appreciate the gift cards for doing so little. These changes hurt me & others that save up miles. What we saved is worth 50% less. I'll stick around for now & update this accordingly.

Was going to delete a while back, but I had quite a few miles left. I'm definitely deleting now. With all the miles I had, it equated to $13 in redemption. 2 $5 gift cards at 7500 redemption and 1 $3 payout at 10,000 mile redemption. All the offers have increased to 10,000 miles or more. There is no use in keeping the app. You only receive 25 miles per trip, which is 875 miles per week if you make 5 trips daily. Meaning almost 4 months to get enough miles for a FIVE dollar card. NO THANKS!!!

I've had the app soon after it first launched. My problem with this app is that they keep moving the goal line. Its quite deceitful to me. Every update they change the way you get miles, change the amount for gift cards, without no clear explantion on what the update it. You just fiure it out for yourself. Its as if they look for ways to give you less and less. You can get some of th gift card is you are super diligent, but you will find they are always out or its not the right time to redeem.
