No more paperwork, forms or label printing. Send our shipment in no time with our mobile application, in which you will find the Between Us service. All you need is a phone and online payment.

Shipment return
Do you need to return the shipment to the e-shop? No problem. The application allows you to easily return the shipment, just enter the code you received from the e-shop. You don't have to fill anything else.

Tracking
Thanks to detailed shipment tracking and connection to our system, you will know exactly where the shipment is located.

Push Notifications
Be in the picture. The application notifies you immediately when the shipment is ready to be picked up.

Dispensing points
Thanks to the interactive map, you can search for the nearest dispensing points in the area. The built-in filter also allows you to select the places where you can pay by card, for example. In the detail of the dispensing point you will find a description of how to get there, including photos or opening hours.

In the shipment archive, you can view all your shipments that have ever been paired with your account.

App works if you want to pick-up a parcel, but fails horribly when you want to send one, because at the last step, when you need to pay, nothing happens. You just get a general error message and that's it. I tried 3 different debit cards, 2 credit cards and Google Pay, nothing works. And guess what, you cannot pay at any pick-up point, you can ship parcels ONLY by using this faulty app...

This service needs to be shut down. Forcing users to download an application and register with their data just to open the box (when home delivery was chosen) is absurd. During registration, the SMS is not received despite trying 10+ times. I am unable to register thus receive my packet (that is by the way delayed by more than a week). Truly the worst service there is in Hungary, avoid at all cost.

Very "clever" design... If you try to add a parcel to be able to see its whereabouts the app requests the tracking number (which should be the only required thing) and the delivery password which you get only on delivery day!!! That means in the app you can only see the package status on delivery day, meanwhile on the website you can track it just fine anytime, only with the awb. Why do I need the app then? Utterly useless, instant uninstall.

Phone verification does not work. I can not enter the application at all. I also press resend text message but nothing happens. Has been so for the last week also. What can i say, i really wanted to let a good review, but .. The phone number is a +40

I really don't understand why you have to change something that is perfectly working like sending the pickup code via sms. Now I have to insall an app and I can only use my phone. Before I coud ask someone to pick up the package i case I was sick or was simply not able to pick it up. Now I have to share my data with this company who will sell or use it in a way I don't want them to use it. I had to agree to it when I installed the app. I was not even informed that I need an app when I ordered

No possibility change current mobile phone number in the section of Personal data. Quite long time lasting issue, is it really that difficult to modify very slightly the app? I do not think so.

The app is a mess: it doesn't show my package that i'm suppose to receive; beside that, it requires a password to pick up my package. Password which wasn't yet received by email or SMS after more than 12 hours since the payment was completed. And finally, the call center is in Czech language only, which i'm not mastering yet... Terrible experience, extremely disappointed... :( One star is the minimum, otherwise it would have been zero stars rating...

The app did not accept my card, I could not pay. Why I don't like it: there is no payment option without registering a card. There is no web application. There is no payment at the terminal. Edit: I wanted to ship a parcel. The app did not show any error message, pressed the button which supposed to save card, and nothing happened. I assume it was because the card was a disposable card from Revolut, I use only these due to safety considerations.
