PERSONAL CONSULTANT
Meine SBK gives you quick access to your personal consultant’s contact details so you can get in touch with them directly.
ONLINE POST
Receive secure online post from SBK in Meine SBK. An email or, optionally, a push notification informs you when new post is received.
DOCUMENT AND INVOICE UPLOAD
Submit documents such as certificates of incapacity for work or invoices for reimbursement via Meine SBK – simply take a photo of them and upload them to the app.
MY DATA
Manage your personal data with ease: upload your photo for your healthcare card, order a new card if you lose the old one and view your patient summary to see what services you’ve used.

ACCESS TO THE APP
The app is available to all SBK customers over 15 years of age. To use the app, please have your healthcare card to hand for registration. You can log in directly after registering using your chosen password. You can also set up fingerprint login. Device registration is required for services involving especially sensitive data.

Most complicated and confusing registration/login process ever experienced. Did the software architects try their best to make it the most cumbersome and entangled product possible? Such a waste of time to make this app work :(

This app is the only way to receive official correspondence from SBK and the login function in the app has been broken for weeks, so it is impossible to access documents. Login on website works, but to access documents authorization via the app is required. No reaction to error reports.

Excruciatingly SLOW!!! Registration worked fine. But then the problem starts. Even though I have a new pixel phone and 4G or WiFi speed, every operation on this app takes ages. Deleting a document from the mailbox takes 15 seconds. In general, the system needs you to tho download PDFs (12 seconds and 3-4 clicks) and open them which is very old fashioned and means the documents are lying somewhere locally on the phone forever (Datenschutz??!). Frustrating. Even paper letters are faster to open.

The app requires a registered device and it deregisters your device when you change your password. The only way to register a device is to request a paper form. Oh and you can't change your address without a registered address, so the paper information is getting mailed to my office that is closed because of covid. Got a call within about 10 minutes of posting this review from sbk to try to get me to change it, but I can't actually get health care appointments from them.

Easy to use. Overview is easily available. All your documents are available in one place. Efficient to navigate. Only some services were not available for the English version. Update: the response from the developer is quite good and quick.

Cant upload documents anymore -> "Submission Error" once the bar upload bar is finished, resubmitting yields the same result. Using this app for nothing else than uploading documents, this is a quite severe problem.

Far from ideal. It constantly asking me to register my phone even if I have done that a few times already. It seems like if you don't use the app for a few months you have to reguest the code and register the device over and over again
