New update is terrible for taking videos when picking up a vehicle. No option to zoom out. Seems like camera is zoomed in to 2X. Only 30 seconds per video. Why have a limit when you can take multiple. I like to get it all in one video and show every angle. Taking pictures seems faster. Video is just useless cause you don't have enough space to be far enough away from the vehicle to get even a whole side of a truck in frame.

Edit...i tried emailing the developer... they have any emails blocked... worst app ever. I hope my job goes to someone else. The app consistently closes and returns to the home screen. It has made multiple phones overheat. I have spent 10+ minutes multiple times at the lot and at customers' houses trying to make the app work.

If I could give it negative numbers, it would be fitting. It is the bottom of the barrel for usefulness. It likes to crash, inadvertantly lose the data AFTER you leave the customer. Terrible navigation and if you have low signal, good luck. Not sure how it even exist!!!

Not sure what determines if the app works or not. The past couple weeks it will take over a minute to start up. Uploading photos or videos resets the progress or crashes the app. The app sometimes crashes without doing anything. The app is overcomplicated, too many unnecessary menus. This app needs to be completely overhauled. With the amount of bugs this has I'm surprised anyone uses this app. I'm also surprised with the amount of reviews with the same issues nothing has been done to fix it.

Driverq is probably the worst app, of any kind, that I've ever used. It crashes, often several times during each trip. When it does, it often clears all of the information collected to that point, making it necessary to return to your customer and collect it again. Driverq is unreliable and unstable. If you're looking to incorporate it into your valet service, you'd be better served by doing all of the operations in it manually.

This app is abhorrent, period. It doesn't facilitate anything. It adds unnecessary steps and hoops, eats battery and data. If you are looking for an app for your business, DO NOT USE THIS. My most recent issue is the fact that when I take pictures, the app resets. I spoke with IT for them,and all they told me is reset my cache and data. They said it must be my phone memory, Its too low. I'm running an s23 ultra with 8gb/12gb free, which isn't enough for a 12mp photo that's less than 35mb?

PLEASE FIX THIS APP! I WORK FOR A DEALERSHIP AND IT IS REQUIRED FOR MY JOB!! This app was working great,and I have used it for several months until today. Now, the application keeps resetting and continually restarts. It goes back to the 1st page of the app. This is ridiculous! Fix this! There is no reason that the app should restart and wipe all input, except pictures....

Hopefully the address was entered correctly, because you never get to see it until the end. I personally along with some of my fellow workers have issues of reading the VIN in app.
