This app isn't good, man! Things that would make it better was if there was a way for the driver to ping that he has actually recieved the requested pick up. And sometimes it says that there is no active bus. It just needs a whole lot of fixing or just bring back the call center! Please!

The van icon rarely moves and the bus drivers don't always get the notification of a requested pick up. It's a good concept, but there are still detrimental bugs.
