The constant promo notifications are so annoying I turned them off, lately I've noticed a glitch where even though I've booked an appointment with a wax specialist, that time still shows available with that specialist. Makes me paranoid that it isn't actually booked.

This app is useless and stupid. The only reason to have it is to schedule or change reservations but 90 percent of the time IT DOESN'T WORK. there's always the same stupid error message whenever you try to modify your reservation. Either fix the app and make it more useful or get rid of it, it's f****** pointless (and frustrating)

The app worked until a few months ago. It won't open. Just a loading screen. Pretty frustrating. Great when it works but I haven't been able to use it for awhile. Normally with as many complaints as I see here, the company works quickly to fix the bugs. I haven't noticed any updates at all.. Unfortunate.

I wasn't able to book an appointment on the website so I thought I'd try the app. While it looks better, its plagued by the same issues. It's incredibly slow, and the list of waxers will not load. I can't make a reservation at all as a result. If I didn't have so many remaining passes, I might be looking into a new company. ☹️

Not sure what happened -- if there was an update in the past 2 months or so but this app is practically unusable. 30 second loading times when pressing on "make a reservation," home location not even saved, and if you enter zip, state, city, it doesn't even search. What happened recently that broke this app? I can't use it.

Update: The recently app update this location has finder has gotten worse. It wiped out the "My EWC" setting I had set. Now I am unable to find any of the EWC location in the KC metro area. It keeps saying the closest location is Texas. This makes no sense! I always have trouble trying to select a location. I have set my home EWC location, but it will never accept the pre set location and I always still need to look it up. That is if I'm lucky enough for any location to pull up in my area.

This app has been significaly improved since when it was first released however, it wont even move passed the welcome screen and when does it does everytime i click on something i get the loading circle for at least 10 minutes. You cant do anything on this app. book, change, cancel appointments. ive been forced to call for an appointment everytime & it results in losing out on extra reward points.

This app doesn't show my appointments like it should, or my points/passes. Supposedly there were some issues integrating a new system with the app, but it has been months now that this app is useless to me. Edit: There is no error to screenshot. The information is simply not there. I know I have an appointment but it doesn't show in the app. I also know I have points but they do not show. It used to work before whatever update caused the issue, but it hasn't since.
