Measuring yourself with this "smart" tape measure paired with this app is one of the most infuriating things I've ever done. If the tape measure turns off, which it does after about 2 seconds, or the screen turns off, it doesn't record. Acts like it is not saving your measurement, then inserts that measurement for the next 3 body parts. I got through the process once, not sure I'll ever care to measure again to get the comparison.

The app is good for weighing myself every morning. To the developers, can you please add one feature? Honestly I don't understand why it's so hard and why so few other competitors have this. Even Fitbit just removed it. Here's what I want. It's a simple request. Have a graph showing the weekly average or median of the weigh-ins for that week. Allowing someone to track if you're losing weight by looking at the weekly averages. Thank you

I switched to Eufy since Renpho refuses to acknowledge that the current app has problem. They forced us to this be version that has connection to Bluetooth and doesn't work on older devices. Absolutely terrible useless product. If you're going to make a product that's dependent on an app. That app should WORK! ONE STAR!!!

I only just started using this, so I don't know much about how it functions with the scale. My issue is the fitness tab that doesn't connect to any of my existing apps to track activity (Garmin, Strava, MapMyRun, etc). I tried connecting it to my Google Fit but even that doesnt work. If the scale works, then I'll get what I need from it, but I can't give the app a better rating if it doesn't work for all the functions it claims to.

5 stars for the old app. With the new update, I wish the new middle weight component had the calculation from the starting date or allow us to choose the starting date. It is not motivating to see the total loss and progress towards goal counting back on a rolling 90 as it appears to do. Prior to the update, it calculated from the start. Please fix this to make it a 5 star app again! 9/23/24, incorrect reply from developer. Sent them an email. It is a rolling 90 now that can't be adjusted.

I used to really love this app. It gave nice readings including the weight and other things like how much fat and muscle mass you have. And plus I LOVED the option to change the theme to different color. In particular I loved the pink. After recent update, theme change option disappeared. Plus it doesn't fix the on-going pet peeve of mine of not showing full letters and numbers for data that's under Trends under Data Sources. I don't know why they implemented the new update.. it looks bad now.

New design...i would like to be able to see a quick comparison, a list of stats, side by side of comparison between todays reading and previous day. The interface is still confusing a simple menu at the top would be helpful and more color bolder. Difficult to quickly scan for the info i want to see. Maybe its the washed out look.

Avoid the Sept 11, 2024 update. WiFi connection, which had been working in a no-fuss manner, is now AWOL. Message pops up advising to upgrade. Then, WiFi connect must be re-established thru app. Consistently stops at "91%", then FAIL appears on scale and in app-- even after moving scale to immediate router area. Clearing cache and restarting device does zip. For now, returned to the EtekCity VeSync TRUE WiFi scale; replaced bc that app did not relate to Health Connect. Today I see it now does.
