I purchased the free trial, and the app doesn't even work it just has a loading screen on the home page. Waste of time and money, thank goodness I didn't actually purchase this.

First Review. This is probably the best workout app, it feels very personalized, and a very nice UI. But, I'm not spending 90 dollars a month, no thanks.

Signed for the free for 7 days, they've charged me the full amount and after twice being told by them they would refund the money, I've still not received a penny!!! Very poor customer service. The app / interface is OK, nothing more. 3 stars for the app, but only 1 star overall because of the customer service

They make it almost impossible to cancel subscription almost seems purposely.

Were continuously charging me £80 a month even after I'd cancelled. Sent emails to their support team that never got replied to. The only feature I could access on the app was a timer. There was no programming, no workouts. Finally got a reply to several emails in the end and membership was officially cancelled by them. Couldn't get any of my money back though. Proper waste

I had signed up for a yearly subscription with a month trial. I cancelled the subscription well before the date was up, which is reflected in my account. And I have now been charged for a full month instead (which is over 100 AUD). Google tells me this is an issue others have had too.

Great programming but lack of communication from the coaches. You have to wait a few days for replies. They update the iPhone app and watch but bring nothing for android seems unfair when all users pay the same price. The to leave a negative review but I hope it leads to changes.
