this is my second day. I like the exercises, and the videos are easy to follow. There's tons of information on skin facial muscles health. Now,it is up to me to be One thing I would address: I mistakenly wrote my email address in the section for new users. There was no way to go back to the previous page and log in. I was stuck! I uninstalled and installed the app again to have the chance to log in without creating a new profile (which I couldn't because my email address was an existing user!)

This app doesn't show under your subscription and payments tab in the appstore. They tell you to opt out before the trial period ends but there isn't a clear place to opt out from. You have to go into the app and turn off the auto-renewal. I have been getting charged for months apparently, this should be displayed as a subscription along with your other ones in the playstore. Trying to get help from a person and not a bot has been tedious as well. It hasn't been worth the $50 monthly.

Not for experienced Face Yoga users. There is no explanation about how long you should do the exercises. No count down. Too slowly explained. Some exercises are locked even with a paid subscription. For me it is very disappointing. Might be a good app for inexperienced users, but when you are experienced, don't bother to pay and use it.

They charge way too much money for little face stretches and massages you can easily find elsewhere online for free. They also make it very difficult to cancel the subscription (you can't cancel in the app) and they will not refund you if you try and fail to cancel. UPDATE: After posting this review, they did take me a bit more seriously, which I appreciated. They did refund me, which seemed fair, because I did not use the service (it's not like I expected a refund and to use luvly for free)

I was excited to try this system out but wasn't ready to commit to an annual membership. I signed up for a 7 day subscription, but to my surprise, was automatically locked in to an annual membership (at $40+ a month). When I contacted support to request a refund, I was offered a six month membership "at no charge" instead. When I persisted, they ultimately offered to refund me 1/3 of the monthly fee. If your product/service is good, you don't need to trick people into paying for it.

There does not appear to be a way to unsuscribe from this app, and they charge over £40 a month for it. I have emailed for assistance as they have been taking money out of my account for months now, rendering it overdrawn. The only way to stop this appears to be to close the bank account!

I am so depressed. This app cheated me somehow. I haven't tried the app a single day and they have charged premium package of 109 dollars additiona along with a month package. I dont want additional package. I ahve emailed to refund my additional amount but no positive response. Please I beg you to return my amount. I am ok with the month package. But cant afford the premium one. My in laws will be really angry if they know that. Please help me

I signed up and paid for membershipplus a add on. it said I'd get an email. Never did. when I went into the app with my user and pass it said there wasn't one. It wants me to sign up again and pay again and that I don't have a subscription but they took the money out of my bank. Do not Recommend
