I will edit this review if my issue is resolved; I love XG and really want access to this app. I paid for a monthly membership through Google play, and was successfully charged, but never got access to the exclusive content, after multiple days. I then paid a second time with paypal but again, no access after multiple days. I've now emailed them 2x and it's been 2 weeks with no response or resolution. Please, help! I want to read their blogs. 💔

I haven't had issues, but I do have a suggestion for the devs: PLEASE, I am begging y'all, to set an option for the XG House chatrooms to turn off autoscrolling when new messages appear. Sometimes there are so many people talking at once (like when the girls enter chat) that the message I'm reading gets pushed up so far and I can't read fast enough. I would prefer if it remains static so that I can scroll the chat at my own pace, like how discord and facebook/instagram messenger work.

Made payment to google play for the membership plan but for some reason its not updated in the app, I cant access member content. Seem like a recurring issue for the other user as well. Have send an email to the ALPHAZ team. Please response to my inquiry, I would like if the issue could be settle before the pre sale ticketing start. Thank you.

Subscribed to annual membership on 19March but my status in the app was not update, can't view any member exclusive content. Report through alphaz app support but never receive any response from them. open my alphaz app today on 27March and found out they have update my status. Finally i can view the content after 8days of delay.

I have same problem with upgrading membership to annually. When I contacted app about issue, they referred me to Google and Google refers me back to app to fix issue. It seems that no one wants help, they just to pass the buck.

This app is amazing. Alphaz, the fans of XG, can interact with the girls and XG staff, read blogs, download high-quality photos, and watch vlogs that are not available anywhere else. We are also able to chat with other Alphaz all around the world, gasping for new merch, preorders, and limited edition products.

App was working great. Since yesterday app stays on xgalx loading page and stays stuck. The app won't open at all. I still receive text notifications but app will not open using text either.
