Love the content, however, the streaming experience for me is very poor quality. I have high speed Internet and all my other streaming apps provide high quality as well as 4k content. The Starz content is blurry and pixelated. The closed captions cut off on the sides of the screen. The app also intermittently needs to reconnect to my Chromecast while content is playing, or fails to load a stream and I have to restart the app and/or Chromecast. Hope there's a fix for this. Otherwise I'd give 5⭐

Barely usable. Doesn't autoplay next episode, returns to title page at end of each episode. When I rewatch something, it starts at the end of episode credits, no start from beginning option, have to rewind. Audio, caption settings have to be reapplied every single time, even on rewatch or within a series. Experience is the same on mobile app, firestick, web browser. Cancelled subx. Hire a new programmer.

Streaming icon quit appearing on my iPhone 15. Contacted customer service via email, they were more concerned about verification of my account being active rather than my issue. It’s been 3 weeks and still not able to stream. I asked if I would be compensated for the lack of streaming services, I was told there are other ways to enjoy the app. Very displeased with their lack of accountability. I am discontinuing service.

I have the app on my phone, works great. But when I tried to install on my laptop even though it clearly states that it is for "all devices" it clearly is NOT. It does not give any option to choose any device except for the phone it is already installed onto. STARZ should remedy this by allowing the app to recognize that the NEW device like my laptop and my desktop are ready for the install. Very frustrating.

Want to order service but the app won't let me change/update my email address or credit card. I don't have a computer, just a s7 tablet and a phone. I've tried a few times now to no avail. I can't afford service year round so I like to binge it December and January but until I can update my email and way to pay the app prevents me from restarting service.

Would be 4 stars,but why do I have to watch a 30 second 'promotion' to watch something on a premium subscription service. This is annoying and makes me not want to keep my aubscription. Heck, prime video lets you skip the promotion. This was the primary factor of stopping my paramount subscription. The text and movie pics are small, makes them hard to read when looking at their selection.

This app has proved to be the definition of "you get what you pay for" I subscribed with a discount offer and have had issues with shows not auto-playing the next episode. I could not find a setting in any of the menus to adjust this, so I reached out to tech support. After 40 minutes, all I got were 2 pathways in different settings categories that had no autoplay options, then I was asked if I could "use the app without casting", then I was told there are no settings adjustments for auto-play.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. They make it impossible. I've tried contacting them via email, and through their "need help" link. In the settings it has a link that says Manage Subscription(renew or cancel) but once you open it, it doesn't let you do anything. Starz sucks, I'll never subscribe again, and will be contacting my bank to disallow them to charge me again. I highly, highly recommend you don't do their free trial, you'll be stuck committed something not worthit
