This app was born old. The user experience is rigid and there is a very limited selection of books in English or any language other than Finnish. English adult ebooks are mixed with young adult and children's books (even after you select the first). When reading, the text cannot be highlighted, and there is no easy way to translate anything. It's definitely a flop.

Barely usable. A lot of bugs, very few books available, the audiobook function is poor (if you speed up the audio you have to manually change to the next chapter) and there are only a few categories to choose from and they are messed up anyway (kids books showing up in wrong categories). Hopefully the app will improve

This app is unfortunately still full of bugs. I keep getting error messages when I try to load ebooks and audiobooks that are available to borrow. Plus, since there is no possibility to change the language of the app, navigating it is pretty hard if one doesn't speak Finnish. The user experience with Libby was much better.

Very buggy, the audiobook player keeps pausing after each chapter. When opening the app, it shows there are still five minutes left of the chapter that already ended. Sometimes it seems like a second player window opens up on top of the other. Also unclear how long the wait is when reserving a book, how many copies there are and how many people are queuing. I like that better about Libby. But worst is that you can't download ebooks on your ereader due to the format chosen.

This app is unusable and an utter failure, apparently created by someone who has never used Libby or any other actually functioning apps, and it's clear this monstrosity hasn't been tested by users before publishing. There's no way to filter audiobooks from e-books in the English section, no proper way to filter search results by search word and language/format but instead it's just a jumble of formats, languages and target groups. It's a crying shame that someone though this was ok to publish.

Absolutely embarrassing substitute for Libby. Libby got me back into reading. This "application" is actively pushing me *away* from reading. If you replace something with another thing, make sure there is feature parity. There is no point in listing the lacking features. (Although many have kindly done so). *Everyone* living today and having used *any* application knows what is missing and can see the horrible use of tax money. I'd call to ramp this service down immediately in favour of Libby.

A nice idea but all in all awful. The audiobook player stops after each chapter, requiring me to open the app every 4 minutes. Sometimes it stops playing, looses my bookmark, opens another window, so 2 audios start playing...

Only magazines work on my phone, books you can only browse and loan but not read nor listen to. Magazines don't remember the issue previously read, let alone the page. Security works: if your screen auto-rotates, you are thrown out of the magazine. You need to log in every six days. You get the impression reading itself is a security risk, so it is made difficult or impossible. First things first!
