The app itself seems to be glitch free, however the full experience is why the one star. The service, and medical is still service (in theory), is not clearly defined. One set of appointments and prices thru the app and another via the Amazon website. Their motto could be "We're budget friendly now but wait till you need something". Construct from their as to your ability. 😉

Questionnaire for Annual Physical in webview session could be killed. So, while in the middle of it, the webview could be killed and you have to start all over again. Say you put the app on background because you want to check some documents to input into the questionnaire. Just use the web to fill out any forms, not the app.

Can't get into the app to make an appointment. It's says there's an update & sends me to Google Play. But update is not an option. Plus, I can't make an appointment for my minor child because I can't log into his account when I KNOW what the password is ... I detest this app.

I had an excellent experience with the app and my provider. Great option for folks without health insurance (or with). Took about 5 minutes to fill out my health information & about 10 minutes to wait for a provider. She listened attentively and gave me the prescription I needed. Feeling 100% better!

Please expand to US territories at least with PO Boxes support for delivery Also wished certain profile settings like the "Pronouns" thing was not defaulted to one of 3 options, im not into that, I don't have one, don't want them, to busy solving world problems so whoever invented that please make a "None/Don't care" option, so the personalization engine is actually accurate and not conflated with social constructs

I can't log in. I can't purchase a new phone that will work with this. I can access my physician through the browser. I'm locked out of contact . I can't afford a new phone. The upgrade doesn't work on my operating system.

Now I can't use the app anymore with this update, and logging into the website pops me back to the app. Thanks a lot, I can't afford to upgrade my phone and can't use one medical

Thanks for doing the latest update to only include Android 12 devices and higher. I now have no choice but to either buy a new phone or find another doctor not part of One Medical.
