All on all I like the app. Little confusing at first, but like anything new you have to get used to it. However, I am having a problem with the app freezing up when I try to use the chat or comments features. If I type more then 8 or 10 words is starts bogging down and then freezes. Great app, a lot of great information, and easy to use. it Just need to add more items from supermarkets that are not on the list. (store brands) only a few, not all. But overall it has hundreds of food list items. I recommend this app

Honestly I saw the add on Instagram and I thought it was a scam or one of those bs programs. I actually talked to a person via video and told him what I wanted and found a plan for me. I got my trainer and from there I went from 210 to 193. I have my workout programs and food list plus snacks. The hardest part was not eating the sweets I use to eat but that has gotten better. Any questions I had I could message my trainer and he got back in touch pretty quick. I would definitely recommend this!

Great program!! On my 3rd week currently and down about 9 lbs. Workouts and food are great. Coaches and community hold you accountable. If you're thinking about it just do it you won't regret it!
