The purpose of this app is to learn the Scriptural Rosary - to help keep in memory certain principal events in the history of our salvation.There are twenty mysteries reflected upon in the Rosary, and these are divided into the five Joyful Mysteries (said on Monday and Saturday), the five Luminous Mysteries (said on Thursday), the five Sorrowful Mysteries (said on Tuesday and Friday), and the five Glorious Mysteries (said on Wednesday and Sunday). As an exception, the Joyful Mysteries are said on Sundays during Christmas, while the Sorrowful Mysteries are said on the Sundays of Lent.
Fifteen Promises of Our Lady to Those Who Pray the Rosary
1. Whoever faithfully serves me through the prayer of the Rosary will receive remarkable graces.
2. I promise my special protection and the greatest graces to all those who pray the Rosary.
3. The Rosary will be a powerful weapon against hell, it will destroy passions, diminish sin and drive away errors.
4. It will cause virtue and good works to flourish. It will contain abundant divine mercy for souls. It will separate the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities and will raise them to the desire for eternal things. Oh, those souls would be sanctified by this means.
5. Souls who recommend themselves to me through the prayer of the Rosary will not perish.

What is particularly good is that it gives the full text of each prayer. No need to memorize or refer to another app or document. Should include the titles of the prayers though. Ads aren't intrusive at all, and $5 to buy the app and not see ads is no more than one stop at a fast food or coffee shop. Complaints about that are silly --- or another word that begins with "s". And I'm not a developer, just a user.

Perfect it's very very easy to navigate prayers are large easy to reada lot of apps I find you have to touch tiny little beads on the screen.... this one does not do that... you can hold your own and walk yourself through the rosary with big buttons, the layout screen is awesome very easy to pick the right day and mystery. The advertisements are very few, but I like this app so much that I am going to pay to have them removed just to support the developers Lol

As a person who just started using the Rosary, I found that I really like using the app to keep me on track with the Mysteries. I do agree with one users wish for a button to bring you to the tenth Hail Mary. Right now I have to tap the next button repeatedly to get to it. That's really the only thing that I would like to see added. Otherwise it's a very good app.

My original post was 3 stars due to paying the get rid of advertising payment. I must apologize to the app developers, as it was my error. I didn't hit the payment button as I thought I did. 5 stars for the app, and 5 stars for the developers for reaching out as quick as they did to fix the perceived problem. The game The movie
Simple, clear, very helpful. Especially appreciate the countdown through the sections. Only suggestion might be a visual of the necklace as a whole. The ads are small and out of the way at the bottom. No problem.

1. You have a problem with references to the glorius mysteries i.e. the assumption and the coronation of mary. As catholics we do not go only with the bible. We have sacred tradition and the teaching of the church such as The catholic cathechism or encyclicals? 2. It is inconvenient for the user to only have a scriptural reference to a mystery without the actual verses. 3. Pictures speak a thousand words. There are magnificent christian art to make the mysteries come to live

I would give this app a five star rating if not for the fact that all the Hail Marys in the Italian version are for some reason in Latin! English version is great especially now there is the option to go back a bead. One or two lines of meditation on each mystery would make it even better
