UPDATE!!! App is running even slower than before! Forcing me to LOCK my screen is really unnecessary and ridiculous! My phone is running my way, you don't have to worry about MY protection. You MAKE YOUR APP FASTER, it's annoyin Slow to respond. Unable to sort loads by deadhead miles. Probably the slower load board app of all load mobile apps that I am using. Love drivers rating and reviews for shippers and receivers. Very helpful and sometimes very important factor for biding on certain loads.

*UPDATE* App still doesn't work properly. It's been weeks with the same issues. Support has been contacted several times. Support tickets have been put in and still freezes up, documents won't upload, information loading errors, the list goes on and on. Shameful and really irritating

App continues to stop working. It just stops responding to any input. It's almost like it's freezing up. I have to restart my phone multiple times a day to get it to work because it won't even allow me to log out and I would say it's my phone but this is literally the only app having issues.

09/21 Update: JB Hunt continues to make their 360 service more unusable. Ended support on phones and computers that are ~10 years old (industry standard). Continually remove features from app. The app itself is much slower to load now, 2-4 second latency on average. Glitchy login/2FA system, even on our modern 2020 laptops (you need to continually close and open a tab so that it eventually loads, if you only open the tab once you are stuck on a loading screen (10+ mins). -1 stars.

The latest version with the passkey log-in is garbage. App crashes and freezes all the time. I've tried everything in the books, from updating firmaware to reinstalling . Bring back the previous version with a regular email and psw log in. Simplicity worked way better. It's unusable now.

Horrible app. Glitching always and not allowing update status of arrival. Hard to login without trying several times. Hard to make changes if you switch company. Problems with attaching trailers, which are not belong to jbhunt.

Better than it used to be in some regards, worse than it used to be in some regards. I have to force close this app sometimes 4 or 5 times per stop to get the document upload/arrival call/load call to work.

have to call dispatch to complete the unload 9 out of 10 times. Such a waste of time. No point in having the check calls if you can't use them. I've logged in and out to reset system. I've even un-installed the 360 app and re-installed the app. No difference, still says "can't update at this time".. Doesn't matter what day or time of week.
