Since you're August update, I can no longer access your app anymore because it just simply freezes once you open it. This is happening on these devices Galaxy S23 Galaxy S24 Samsung A53 Samsung A71 Samsung Tab S9 FE Moto g Power 2021 I use all these devices, so I know the problem exist with these devices Because of this, you forced us to have to use macro point. Which I actually prefer but you need to fix your own app. I can't even search for any loads on it. I mean the app is useless

I agree with all these other drivers. This app is completely useless and the only one that's benefiting is the broker. It doesn't matter what you do and you follow all the 17 fire flaming Hoops that you were required to jump through on the rate confirmation and they still will figure out a way to screw you out of detention pay. Even though the broker got the detention paid from HEB which is very good about paying attention, they will tell you that there was two or three hours not tracking

The only way I could access the app on my OnePlus phone was to long press the app then click on app info which takes me to the app settings and then click on open from the app settings. Hopefully there's a fix.

This buggy app, doesn't work well! The worst thing about it is that you cannot snapshot it to prove that you downloaded it! Total waste of phone space

Any time I use the "enhanced search" option, it freezes the app. I have to wait for it to catch up for many minutes so I can toggle it off. It makes the app unusable..

This app is constantly crashing. Such an inconvenience on the road when I have to uninstall and re-install to get it to briefly work and I mean briefly before it crashes again. This is infuriating.

Worst tracking app ever. 8 billion questions just to get your load information (apparently unaware truck drivers are not supposed to touch their phones.) To make matters even worse, the app tracks you and they text you a whole bunch of times. ( Apparently unaware truck drivers are not supposed to touch their phones) Whoever approve this app over at TQL should be fired immediately. Edit: August 6th 2024 this app is still useless!

I've had this app installed for just over an hour. Aunt, my battery has gone down like 25%. Is it really necessary to update the location every 5 minutes? Ended up having to turn location permissions off so that it wouldn't kill my battery
