This app seems to keep getting worse and worse every day. It's a struggle to connect the bluetooth, and sometimes, while on drive mode, it randomly disconnects from the bluetooth. So all the driving I did wasn't recorded, and I have to fight to edit it. I'm going to switch over to a different company asap!

It never links up to my Bluetooth automatically. I have to fight with it everyday. It switches from on duty to personal conveyance by itself. I've done several trips and it switched from on duty causing discrepancies in my log. I was supposed to have another unit sent and they never sent it. I'm ready to get rid of this subscription.

I'd like to ask the devs to consider a few improvements 1) my odometer readings are wayyy off, like 11x less than the true miles. Not surewhy. The other app they sent me didn't help 2) can you please make the "add" and "edit" buttons or "add trailer #" frame like 400% larger? All of this screen areis wasted for nothing, while thebuttons are barely visible and hard to hit on first attempt 3) option to switch to current showing how much time passed in current status, would be nice

Been locked up in driving mode all night. Won't change to sleeper mode. I have a feeling this is just the beginning. The grammar on the program is third world country. Charged me first months use 2 weeks before I even got it plugged in. Told me it's their policy!!!!!!!

The Bluetooth won't stay connected. Lot of my drive time don't get recorded.

Matrack crashes every week multiple times. Signs out and back in disconnects from device and drops drivers. Editing is a joke. Will try to add duty status other than drive time and will tell me only drive time can be edited, which is the only thing your NOT allowed to edit. Help center says thuer in California, but all have strong accents.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm constantly calling customer service because of connectivity issues. I can go on duty and the device will put me off duty, unidentified or back on personal conveyance. I've gone off duty at home and it will go on duty and max out my shift time like I'm working but the truck is in my yard. The service is terrible. Don't waste your time or money.
