This makes something very boring much more interactive. I enjoy seeing all of the stats. The games help take my mind off of the repetition. There was a bug and the team responded immediately and fixed it quickly. Excited to see what else they will think of. Happy it's not subscription based and that the hardware is easy to use.

Installed fine and works reliably. Fun, spare design. Only downside for me, is I wish the app would let me keep strength stats for both hands, not just one. Training section counts reps for both, so don't know why they skipped that feature in strength section. Would also like to be able to set up my own routines.

There was a glitch in an update to the app. I contacted the team via email and they kept me updated as to what they were doing to resolve the code that was causing the issue. I have hand strength challenges and this product has been beneficial for me. I even took the device to show my doctor what it was and how it worked. She was very impressed and said she will be introducing it to other patients that could benefit from the various activities on the device.

It takes too long to pair this device with my phone. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall it to get it to work. Even when I let it see my location all the time it prompts me to go into my settings and turn on my location permissions for it. I also don't believe that the squeeze for three seconds works at all to connect the device. It's too bad, I thought this was going to help me with my injury but this is my second squegg and both don't work consistently after the first pairing.

I received my Squegg today, so i spent the 2hrs charging it up then download this app, tried multiple times to connect to Bluetooth without any success. Im VERY disappointed, as like most people I'm sure you bought this for its app features otherwise you could of just gotten a regular stress ball.

Bluetooth won't connect. Yes, have right version Android, have location and Bluetooth on. BUT, no go. And, of course, ther's no 'troubleshooting' option. So, no thanks.

The device rejects the sync with my phone . Finally got it to sync. They don't tell you that you have to set up an account first before the device will sync with your phone
