Still no improvement 2 months later... This app is getting worse... It seems to hate my left bottom row of teeth, as it very poorly shows me brushing there. More frequently now the guide doesn't show at all, and despite the 3 minutes of brushing with a blank guide, it measures only 60% effectiveness... The app needs improvement!!!

Logged out of the app, neither can login nor reset the password. Re-registered with same email (which is rediculous). Now that I'm registered but brush won't get paired with the app anymore. Update: After some effort managed to pair the toothbrush with the app. And I think it was worth the effort. Now it doesn't mark as the session completed after 30 seconds anymore. I can actually track my progress for the 1st time after using the product for almost an year.

The initial setup was a nightmare. The brush wasn't recognized and when that finally worked (for whatever reason), it did not recognize the base. It took over an hour to set everything up. And now most of the time, the brush is showing as disconnected in the app, making the whole thing totally pointless. Good electronic toothbrush, terrible app implementation!

If you're getting the brush for the app, avoid! My ability to connect degraded, and now no matter what I can't get it linked. Uninstall, factory reset, etc. My Bluetooth sees the brush fine (shows in list of available devices) but the app says it can't see it. Unless they fix this, I'd recommend a different system. Sad, because when it worked, I liked it.

Oral B iO 7 is the best electric brush I have had so far. The sensation during and after brushing is amazing. The app is not that accurate though. I have to start brushing from the left side every time to be in sync with its guidance, and sometimes it disconnects from the blue tooth. Now I need to start a new routine to bring my phone to the bathroom every time 🙄

The app is a good idea. Unfortunately, it constantly crashes, and then, at the end, tells you the session was unguided. So, other than a timer, if you're struggling to count to ten, it's a bit pointless. I have the latest phone and brush handset, and the app and phone are updated regularly.

Only used it 2 days and already found a thing that is missing in the app and it is regarding the coverage when brushing. It is very confusing and suggests bad brushing due to that the app doesn't understand why I brush badly in some spots, because I miss some teeth due to an accident, all these teeth have been replaced by fake removable teeth and are always cleaned separately. It would be nice if you could make a correct map of your teeth, cross spots out or so.

Overall, this app has been working well. ***Two areas to improve: 1) The "Rinsed" record option should be listed separately from the brush record because mouth rinse should not be done immediately after brushing. 2) Need to add an option to delete a session that was incorrectly saved automatically, especially for the "Unguided" sessions.
