Doesn't have samsung health as a tracking option, and health connect does not work. Daily sync notifications send me one notification EVERY 30 MINUTES. HOW??? That's not even an option and it's annoying because it doesn't even work. It's hilarious seeing the top reviews on the app page, but opening all reviews shows consistent, recent, 1-star reviews.

Sync to your fitness tracker fails constantly, and you end up having to constantly enable and disable the sync, with the occasional app re-install to get it to work. This is painful enough, but as there can be rewards based on step count over a month it is infuriating to find you've missed out yet again because of software failure. You can get it to remind you to check sync when you configure it, but when you have to do it again it will stack the reminders so you get them all day.

Terrible. Have my Fitbit connected and this app goes days without syncing data. Only fix I've found is to disconnect and reconnect my Fitbit every few days. But now that doesn't even work. What's the point of this garbage? And this isn't a new problem. Was happening a year ago, too.

Disengaging. Unmotivational. Tedious. Sync Delays. Navigation Nightmare. Purpose? How bad could it be? Can't see accumulating points until all of the goals for the year are met. Challenge: Accumulate points to reach goals but have no idea of your progress. "Back" gesture means back one panel, not Home! E-v-e-r-y T-i-m-e. Our company was forced to move to this app from Limeade, which I thought was lacking ... yet, it was a dream compared to this garbage.

How appropriate that I go to the website to request tech support and after entering all the required info and clicking "submit", that I'm sent to a page that says "oops, that page doesn't exist" . So, should tech support look in here, this is what I posted, sans my PII: "The app will not let me log in. I open the app and the only option is sign up with SSO. I click it, it takes me to my SAW login. I put in my login and password and the app closes. I reopen my app and it starts all over again"

It's not user-friendly, and I have linked my FitBit several times. No matter what I do, it will not sync unless I disconnect and re-link.

As others have pointed out, the syncing feature in this app is extremely broken. It syncs with your apps (like Google Fit and Fitbit) once per day, but it doesn't wait until the end of the day, so your synced data will always show partial days.

I like the concept, but it crashes after every login through the SSO - SAW login. It sometimes logs in after my second attempt, but shortly crashes again after trying to navigate the app. It worked for maybe the first hour when I originally got the app and then I've had issues ever since.
