People complain about other charging networks. I hear lots of complaints about Electrify America for one. Those people have probably never used this app. Oh, you just need a quick 10 min charge? You'll have to add $5 min and then chunks of $5 or more to keep going. Want a partial refund? What's that? Not an option. What percentage is your car currently at while outside your motel charging slowly? The app won't say. In fact, it might freeze and say you're not charging at all.

Sux, downloaded in advance of road trip to hotel with known Stay-N-Charge EV charger. App kept crashing on LG phone with Android 12 OS. Uninstall and reinstall did not help. Will inform this hotel that they *should* have installed ChargePoint instead. App integration with EVSE hardware is much much better.

Maybe they've improved it, but I had very little issues, and my phone has issues with all sorts of apps. The fact that they allow you to use Google pay is appreciated 👍

App is absolute garbage. Charged my credit card then just keeps crashing. They advertise forms of payment on the actual unit that are non operational. Technician cannot remote in to turn on the charger. Left me stranded at midnight.

This has got to be the most convoluted way to manage EV charging payments. Imagine having to verify your email and phone number before pumping gas at an unfamiliar station, ridiculous. I was about to charge at our hotel but after 15 minutes wasted on this stupid app, forget it. Is this what non-Tesla EV owners have to deal with for a charging experience?
