Absolutly pointless app. Can't save any sit/stand measurements, Took way too long to synch Bluetooth, no language change options and unclear instructions.. Not sure why this app is even available. You took almost 2 years to respond and THAT is what you decide to respond with?!?!?! Delete old and install new??? I'd change to 0 stars if I could.

Pretty bad. Feels like an abandoned alpha release. I was finally able to connect to the desk, but some prompts had no words at all--you just have to press the left button or right button. Wasn't able to connect the same way the 2nd time. Wayyy more trouble than it's worth. Just stick to the preset buttons on the desk and use timers/reminders on your phone or computer if you want to encourage yourself to stand more often.

The supplied QR code does not work. It appears to not be a complete QR code as the top part is ragged...as if part of the code has been torn off. This prevents setting up the application, as the only option to connect the application to the desk is to scan the QR code. There does not appear to be any manual desk height adjustment option. Incredibly poor design decisions and implementation. The USA support phone number immediately begins with an automated message about international charges...

Not sure were all the bad experiences come from, for me the app words great with my new YOUP3 desk. The biggest fault was the app not telling me my Bluetooth was off and therefore was unable to connect to my desk. When i turned Bluetooth on everything worked flawlessly, had no problems with the QR code.

Garbage app, complete frustration to use it. Some text field during setup requires to be field but tapping on it does not switch focus. Also, fields are not labeled, so you have to guess somehow that you need to enter your weight and height and name your desk...

Screen doesn't scroll down to enter necessary data. So you have no clue if it's ask you for a height of desk, your info or today's stock market tip. Very frustrating. Other than that the desk appears solid and raises and lower using the desk app slider.

Very poorly designed app. Fields are not properly labeled. Doesn't give you details on what to enter. Constantly getting error of invalid height... Cant even connect with other poorly labeled options
