Overall, not the worst app I've used. However mine has stopped showing my usage as of October 16th. It's showing €0.22 for that date and €0.00 for each day since (it's now the 25th). I have a smart meter in an A2 rated new build, with heat pump. I'm on a smart meter plan. The house runs on electricity alone and the meter supposedly updates every 30 minutes. So an app showing no usage is a bit pointless. Back to "how much will our bill be this month?" territory I guess

The app is fine - does the job... slowly. However the recent update (June 2025) has made it look worse. You used to be able to see each day of the month on one screen, now you have to scroll to see it. The new colour scheme is also less intuitive. Overall it is now pretty ugly and less user friendly.

how to ruin an app that was bad enough to start with...now you can't even see the "insight" at a glance.... no no no... they had to add a scroll bar to make it look cooler... electric Ireland app developers certainly are not electric Ireland customers otherwise this app wouldn't be so wishywashy ...

pretty useless for insights..takes days to update so you can't remember what you were doing and the colour coding for peak versus non peak usage doesn't work...had app for 4 months reported 2 separate issues, only one resolved despite follow ups..I'd like it if it worked and updated more frequently.

Can't log in, very annoying when u want to give a serious load of cash to a company and they haven't got the technology correct to help customers. I've changed passwords 3 times writing them down every time and still won't accept next time. Please fix this

Unable to login, It says wrong user email or password, strange as I use the same user email and password to login successfully on the windows PC. Contacted customer service and was told I was using the wrong phone. Strange so all the people that can't login are using the wrong phone. Thanks for your reply I emailed you as requested in 31 July 2024 still no response from you as of 22 December 2024. Still NOT fixed with March 2025 update. I emailed the developer in early March 2025, no response.

I can't believe a big company like electric Ireland has such a poor app. Not all features work, even though it gets signal from our smart meter evey 15 minutes, it sometimes takes days for our usages to be visible. they even used this app as a selling point to get people to switch providers and it is like it was created by a six year old with no concept of electricity or its use.
