The billing system seems to cater only to smart meter users, leaving standard meter users with a poor experience. Their billing system is riddled with bugs, designed for smart meters and if any refund it takes ages to get it processed. Additionally, customer care executives lack sufficient knowledge, making it difficult to resolve issues effectively. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience. Bill also show the wrong readings.

I love that I can put money off my bill every week,I usually have enough off before it's due so I find that part great. The only thing that I don't get is the layout of the bill don't understand it and I'm nearly a year into it.

The app is very useful for tracking your daily usage. I felt that the daily usage screen should show your total this month not this week. So lost 1 star for inconsistent metrics that cause confusion. Hard to fault it other than that. If I could connect this app to my car charger it would have been amazing . As is it's still way ahead of the competition.

I have same issue lately as the reviewer below. Blank screen with bottom bar visible (home,usage,payments,account). Clear cache and data and it works again for one time or a day. S23 on newest app version. Also, would be nice to see custom period usage so you can pick between which dates . Also it showed me daily usage of 0.90 eur although my power was cut off at main circuit breaker for few weeks- but i suppose its nothing to do with app

Could be improved with a couple of small changes. It would be nice to be able to see the unit rate being charged, if its fixed or variable and also the amount used for the month rather than just the current week.

EDIT: App says my Feb bill is unpaid which is untrue. Bill is also incorrect but no one will respond to me. So many errors in the app. I don't trust the data e.g. it shows in euro I've used more energy than predicted yet in KwH it shows I've used less than predicted. Makes no sense. Also have problems with Yuno in general- incorrect billing etc. They ignore all emails. Farce of a company with no customer service. I'm currently engaging with the CRU. DO NOT SIGN UP TO YUNO ENERGY- A DISASTER

Dreadful app. It doesn't update. I've not had a bill shown since November. Doesn't update daily. Overcharged me for days we were away. Customer Service is even worse. They never answer the phone. Never call you back when you leave a message and never answer you on the online chat. Well, actually, I did get through to one person, but he cut me off halfway through. I did speak to one person 5 weeks ago who said she'd get my app fixed and would email me the bills. Still waiting.
