Since update app shows a something went wrong message and therefore is unusable. This is a great inconvenience as I cannot message school regarding absentee notes. Please fix ASAP.

Seems to have improved quite a bit this year. The app opens pretty quickly now, navigation works well when it's open and tapping on notifications brings you to the correct place. Personally I think the interface is a little clunky still but that's just my opinion - it works fine.

When I go to open the app it just stays on the school logo and never fully opens. The only way I can open is when I get a notification and click on it. This also sometimes leads to a loading page that never loads. Honestly, I can't really get into it at all except for the lucky odd time.

The app is a good idea as the school can send quick updates to parents. But for attached documents or if you want to print, this is terrible... I have to save the documents to my Google Drive and then access them from my laptop and be able to print them, as there is no direct website accessible from a computer.

Useful for school information, but the app is very slow.. when you open for 1st time there is a very long waiting time, and when you receive a notification and click it - it opens the app and it hangs, you generally have to wait a while and go back to it later in day to read the notification.

Stuck on loading page, hasn't worked for weeks. I've reinstalled but still doesn't work so I can't get messages from the school or notifications on payment about an upcoming trip. It used to work.

When it works it's good for communications from school but the app constantly hangs, won't open, logs me out, I receive a notification but then can't open to read full message. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, which makes it work for a time but then stops again.

Great concept, but unfortunately very slow to load and laggy to use on my reasonably fast Note8. 4g connections load better than WiFi consistently, which is odd in my experience Notifications appear to be haphazard also. An optional function for parent/teacher communication and perhaps a function where a teacher can indicate how a child is interacting on day to day basis might be useful to catch simple problems in class early allowing a teacher to avoid feeling the need to write a note.
