Constantly crashes and freezes. Extremely slow. Have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling. Frustrating and inconsistent. App asks the same questions that are not relevant before submitting a problem report. A waste of valuable time trying to log in and out at work. Fix it!!!!!!!!!!!

Slow, times out, is just a wrapper on an embedded browser. I wouldn't use it if I had a choice. Always errors on login with Failed to change organisation. Like what does mean? In what universe am I, a user, supposed to know what that means or what I'm supposed to do about it? The biometric login never works because the login token always expires forcing login.. again.. This app is trash, but we, as employees never get the option to say no.

App does not work at all. Whenever I attempt to log in, it kicks me back to the main login page. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it does the same thing

I like the ease of having a pin instead of a long password, but there's no running total of hours worked, and I've sent in 2 messages for whoever looks after this app, to make changes and have heard nothing back. I prefer the old Zambian app.

Can't remember my login and get weekly logged out, don't want to waste time resetting my passwords, I'd rather a email telling me what I get paid instead of a email telling me my slips arrived in the app that frequently logs me out

Its irritating that you opt that login method(biometrics) for convenience but you have to log in with your password when the "session expires". What's the point of giving us options to log in if we ultimately have to use the password after a certain amount of time passes. I mostly only ever log in to this app to apply for my leaves.

Hi, Everytime when i am trying to login in app, it's saying "Offline: unable to connect" . I have tried different phones & diffrent network also, but all vain. Pl help tonget resolve the issue. Thanks
