Useless. Paying for an app to see Dr's to be told every time it's used for the last year now to go to a hospital or in person Dr for EVERY CONDITION. Simple things with well know treatments for decades, go in to the hospital. Basically just taking my money for nothing. Skin absess, no you don't get antibiotics, go to the hospital...want to lose weight but don't want ozempic shots, go somewhere else, we won't help you. Strained muscle, go somewhere else. Ear ache, go somewhere else. Rip off.

I haven't really used the app much yet. I used to use the virtual chat in my Sydney Health app. Anyway, during my first use, I guess something went wrong on their end, something I didn't even notice. Next thing I know I'm getting a call on my caller ID from k health, the caller was apologizing for their mistake. That's pretty good customer service I'd say. I hope they keep that up.

This is a great service for an extremely affordable price. I've gotten treatment for ear infections, infection from a cut on my foot, bronchitis, depression, asthma etc. I highly recommend this app to anyone who can't go to the doctor physically for in person treatment.

The service is fantastic and well worthwhile, however the app is glitchy, especially speaking with clinicians and taking surveys which can feel very heightened considering the sensitivity of the subject matter.

Do yourself a favor and don't use this app. It's a scam and I'm looking up real doctors to get an appointment with. I get sinus infections once every year. It doesn't go away until I start using antibiotics. I used k health 2 years ago and praised them. Quick and fast. Got a prescription sent out and had antibiotics within the day. Now, I've only gotten hassled. They really don't want to write a prescription. They said it's not warranted and should go away. It hasn't.

The app doesn't allow me to sign up or in. Attempting to do so sends an email link, which opens a webpage to sign in by sending an email link, in an endless loop.

Do not waste your time or money here, the clinicians credentials are very questionable. They come to conclusions very quickly without knowing your background and they will refuse service regardless of the situation. If you are seeking re-evaluation or simply looking to change medications they will refuse even though this was not made clear to you prior to registering for k health in there terms and conditions.

I've not used the app much, but each time I have it's been great. I'm able to not take off work for a Dr office visit and can chat because when I've used this it hurts to talk. I make sure to have a photo taken that I can upload because I feel like I don't get it well enough with the app. Always easy and fast. 100% recommend.
