terrible app. completely unintuitive. cannot add a single collection, only repeat orders. a total of one third of the menu options at the bottom are just for inviting new users, space which could've been better used for actual functionality.

Uninstalling. Every address i put in it changes removing parts, and there seems no way to override the wrong parsed address with the correct one

Very easy to place orders but sometimes the screen "hiccups" and I don't always have a chance to enter my instructions correctly and/or completely.

We have used CleanCloud app in our stores for two years now. Our experience with it has been a smooth journey. The app works well, and we can't say that there has been a noticeable downtime throughout this period. The app is user friendly, and it doesn't take more than a few hours for even new staff to work their way around it. The company rolls out constant updates on the feature, but those updates are usually improvements and not drastic changes that require learning the app all over.

So far so good. When changing payment information. I understand it is encrypted for our safety and privacy, but I'd like to be confirmed that the old payment method is no longer in your system. I do not want my old payment method saved. The app is very two step into the point I would like information I put in and receive to be more in-depth.
