The app is okay, I can see only one facility with shifts and you always have to wait to be accepted ( IF THEY EVER DO) And it's also better alternatives with instant book on shifts on other nursing apps. Connect RN kind of sucks TBH

A great company, an app in progress. About on par with the industry standard in terms of application ease, usability, reliability, etc. Intermittently since last October, I've made the suggestion/request that the company request the developers implement a feature to export your shifts as calendar events, when I think would set them at a much-higher caliber. The function to save personal filters for shift browsing is shoddy at best. Easy to set up getting paid/view pay information.

The app takes long to come on and freezes very often and I have to start afresh the search. The app is great as it allows one to choose shifts from the many facilities at one's convenience . With app one can manage the shifts works, what pay to expect and there is a backup of shifts already paid. The app has been designed to show accountability and transparency. Events and news can be found on the app. The connectRN app is great

Very slow, can't access my pay account without inputting a code sent via text. The call out feature doesn't account for scheduling mistakes.

The app freezes a lot especially when trying to update new information. The app also doesn't always match the information at the home office. I tried to apply for positions that are posted on Job sites and am always prompted to join ConnectRN. I will say that a positive is that the response time from the Help Team is fast and the members are helpful to resolve issues.

Update if they were private contractor jobs app like the nursing apps I work through I would definitely pick up work but it's tiring working week in and out just to see nothing from taxes taken out I pay my own taxes now I'm happy working for the apps I work for plus I don't have to drive miles away for work unless I want to that's usually for a much higher rate that I never seen on connect rn I'm sorry but it's not worth it.

Stalls very often. Also, when I view the available shifts, then navigate under another tab... and navigate back to available shifts, I am not able to scroll down. Instead, I am required to click out of the app entirely and then attempt to scroll down under the available shift(s).
