Using the app on a Samsung A55. App isn't usable at all. Finally able to set it up and input sensor and transmitter information but whenever the app is opened it instantly closes stating it isn't available on this phone even though in the provided link it is recently listed as support getting a parting glance at my bm isn't good enough or helpful

Starting to get more and more issues with the app and notifications. Lose signal/connection at least once a day now. It is infuriating the number of notifications when the sensor has expired and when you are out of range. Actually to distracting to deal with but goes mad when you turn off notifications. I know it's expired and high from the first notification. The app is inconsistent in it's notifications as well, sometimes I have extreme highs and have no notification at all on the way up.

This app is simply unreliable. It is far better than pricking your finger, but having a subscription scheduled at a specific date won't work if your sensor suddenly stops and needs replacement. Imagine if this happens two times in a row. Perhaps this won't be an issue if I would not pay for it from my own funds. If a competitor enters my country market, I would switch to that 100%.

Compatible phone is not compatible??? App has been updated fully, I've checked the requirements, my device is listed as being compatible (for reference I CAN log into the Clarity app, which is useless without being able to upload the CGM info!), I've been checking on and off for months to see if this is working, extremely disappointed when I finally thought I could use the app only to be met with the "Not Compatible" screen (I'm currently using a receiver instead)

Like many others, it's great when it works but there are obviously a lot of problems with the app. It suddenly seems to not know who are so remove and download but then it won't let you just go back to the current sensor without putting the info again which was thrown away a few days ago. Nowadays you'd expect apps to be less buggy.

Just got my 10 day trial packed delivered and the instructions were to install this app and follow instructions. I have setup a username and password and the app doesn't recognise it. It keeps logging me out. Further I have downloaded the clarity app and the login details work perfectly fine on there. I have been using Libre before this and never had any issues with it. What a waste of time. 😔

My last phone was pulled off the compatible list and I lost access to the app. I got the new Fairphone and after my doctor asked me to try connecting to the app, I found that my new phone isn't compatible either. Disappointing experience. Edit: Sorry to hear that those requirements are hurting your app reviews. Regardless, my experience is the same. I lost access to the app since you discontinued support for that phone, and after buying a new phone I still can't use it.

Had to install 3 times while setting up. Accused me of changing time zone (I hadnt) and the 2 hour warm up froze on 5 minutes. Inconvenient re-installing as if it happens you have to set up the sensor and transmitter again and go through the tutorial each time. Gives Inaccurate readings. Readings have not been accurate. The app will say one reading and a test will say something higher (and more accurate)
