No proper respons even when i try to complain my issue and when i tap submit button my issue description text remove and then after i show one error data not authanticate.very very bad respons and even all over screen bad response. And when i enter my tickit detail then after when i try to pay i show one popup ..i was unistall my application and install again but still same issue.

Does not display correct information well. There are still many improvements needed and there are a lot of flaws in this app, so it is very important to fix them. Does not display information about some buses which are currently available.

My experience with GSRTC has been extremely disappointing. The buses are never on time, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Their customer care service is unresponsive, making it impossible to get any assistance when needed. To make matters worse, many conductors display rude and unprofessional behavior, showing no regard for passengers. Additionally, tickets are not booked after 9 PM, which is highly inconvenient for travelers. GSRTC seriously needs to improve its service.

Booking Many times gets Loading & Loading Only... all bus time table should be updated.. as example if our trip shows 6 hours; that will take time of 8 hrs 🤣🤣🤣 means at many station bus will come 30 minutes late

Worst app I'm very disappointed i booked the ticket but some reason I couldn't travel so I decided to cancel the ticket but whenever I tried to cancel the ticket it never worked

Thank you for the excellent service provided during my recent bus booking experience. I would like to share a suggestion for improvement. Currently, the bus booking confirmation page does not display the complete route of the bus (i.e., the source station to the destination). This omission can sometimes lead to misconceptions, particularly for passengers looking to board the bus at an intermediate station along the route. I recommend including the full route details on the confirmation page.
