App could use some updating. It does not have notifications other than emails. When clients message you or reschedule it's almost always to late and now there's miscommunication or you've lost out on a job. When you and your client agree on different times and you change it in the app you are penalized and your account will get suspended. Support is helpful.

App is a scam.they took a $15 reactivation fee and I have not had ONE SINGLE JOB in a month! EVERY SINGLE PERSON SEEMS TO CANCEL.Isnt that odd?? Waste of precious time. I have tried MULTIPLE times to add pics of my supplies and it won't go thru. Now I can't even find where they go in the app. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO 1 SUPPORT TICKET...OVER A MONTH But they sure did try and take a $15 reactivation fee lol BOOOOOOOO

It is a really good source of legit work and there are quite a few people who use them. You get paid on time and they also have instant pay which is ok except they take a lot of money from you for that service I pay $1.99 on my other app and I have paid up to $9 so far. The app also speaks to the clients on your behalf which I am not happy about. Also when you accept a job and the client cancels it shows on the app you've claimed this many and not completed them all So 4 out of 5😁

I am part of the group of cleaners of the application and recently posted a review with bad rating, due to an isolated security incident that happened to me, without serious consequences, today I decided to re-rate the application with 5 star 🌟 because I've been working with it for almost a month and the results have been very good, communication is effective, timely payments. Pro -They are punctual to pay, communication via email is good. Cons- % for instant payments. Few hours per week.

Where do I begin... FOR CUSTOMERS: They rebook without your knowledge or consent and when you aren't home or chose not to proceed (sometimes a cleaner just shows up at your door), they charge you. They also charge you $200 if you choose to cancel their membership. FOR WORKERS: VERY low pay and if a customer asks you to cancel, they will cancel your account with homeaglow. FOR BOTH: ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Apparently there is a Mike and Jasper but you will never reach anyone including them

SCAM ALERT!!!! The app advertises discounted cleaning but makes you subscribe for a 50 dollar per month membership for a minimum of 6 months. Please don't fall for the discounted price sceme. The app is using false marketing to make money and doesn't care about customer service.

The app is great I only have 2 problems with it. 1st and very important is it doesn't alert you when your clients have messaged. There really needs to be an alert something that shows that there are unread messages. And an alert sent to phones. The second problem is lack of support. I have put several message to the support chat and I never hear back from them. This is not ok. For us or for clients. There should be a number to call especially in emergencies. Otherwise I love the app.

This app malfunctions ALL the time. I send messages and they show being sent and then they disappear. I claim jobs confirm with clients and the jobs disappear without being on the cancel list. If I go to job requests on the website it shows TONS more jobs than the app populates. I might see one job for a day on the app and there's actually 10 available when I go to the website. This has cost me so much time and money it's extremely frustrating. If I send ETA and check in it only does drive time.
