Got all the way through registration but after hitting submit and waiting nothing happened. Tried multiple times, but there are no error messages, it just doesn't finish the registration. Edit: The issue was apparently that my password didn't meet the requirements, which the app did not tell me. I was able to log in after signing up on the website. So I'll increase from 1 to 2 stars. Edit: Yup, this app sucks. Back to 1 star until this app can do what it says it can.

So I just downloaded this app. download went well, no issues. I haven't actually used any services yet but I looked around the site and didn't have any issues navigating. If I run into any issues on the future I will update my review but so far so good. I did deduct a star because of a pop up saying I was eligible for a 90 day amazon prime free trial with only an accept button and no way to opt out.

Literally the only reason I downloaded this app was for the "get a ride" feature. I've been having to call them every three weeks for the past three years. I was looking forward to just coming on the app to schedule. But it has never worked, the three times I have installed this over the past year. The page is just white and never loads.

This app is nothing but grief but I am forced to use it. The 'contact us' button has NO INFORMATION. It's been like that for months. I want to pay my bill but nothing will load on if I have a balance due. I'm enrolled in autopay but can't trust it, i thought it was working for 2 months because it SAID IT WAS and there was money IN MY ACCOUNT ALWAYS; then I get a letter in the mail saying my coverage is about to be CANCELLED for non payment. Then figuring out how to pay manually was a nightmare.

Had me log in to an app facade, but took me to a website. It is supposed to be a mobile app-i.e. for the phone. It had all the info on the website in tiny print so you could see the entire page. TINY PRINT!!! Couldnt expand the page, couldnt change orientation. Links did not work and never found the place to order the OTC stuff I am supposedly supposed to be able to order from the app. Not good at all.

Would have given it 5 stars except in the allergy input you can only put one symptom in. That is a problem that needs to be updated. Personally, I am allergic to insect stings and bites. I start out getting hives and it can progress to anaphylactic shock. The app will take one condition. Please update the app. It would also be nice to have an input of what I use to treat the allergy. Lastly, the edit pen doesn't actually let you edit only delete the whole box.

Using this app can be a little tricky at times, but overall it works and that's all it matters. However, I noticed with the last update or maybe the update before that, they removed the favorite feature. Or maybe I'm having some sort of glitch? I don't know. All I know is that I would like the favorite feature to be returned, please.

Do not use Molina as an insurance provider. Their customer service is useless. The reps. Can not answer any questions, they tell you that they will call you back and never do. The health perks reward is a scam, they will send you an email saying you have points to redeem, when you go to the app to redeem the points that page will not open or load. Every other page will open and load but that one. App is up to day. This company is a scam. I will be changing to another provider as soon as possible
