I don't want give even one star for this app now. In the past it was working somehow. when you open this app, you can't navigate anywhere. It will remain on the same frozen screen for ever. You can't even logout after you login, making situation more worse. 👹👹👹

This app is non functional, cannot upload anything from an android phone. Even tho permissions are all enabled, app does not recognize them. I've emailed twice , zero response. Don't waste your time with this app, keep filing claims traditionally and keep a human employed, unless you enjoy aggravation, frustration, being ignored.

Submitting a claim always fails when you try to upload a file (regardless of file type). It also shows the benefit card as just a page of info instead of an image of a card. This contributed to some confusion at the pharmacy when I tried to add my coverage.

A Google user

Downloaded it, gave it access to my private information (pictures, etc), and there was nowhere to create a new user account. From the pictures, I could see this being a five-star app... Just can't use it right now.
