This app flat out doesn't work. It used to, but now when I open it I just get a completely blank screen. It isn't making network requests or anything, so doesn't seem to be loading. Cleared data, uninstalled, reinstalled, ran without VPN active, cannot manage to get it to work, and it gives me no indication of what's wrong. Very frustrating, can't get my pet's records without going in to the vet now.

Needs a lot of work. Took me several times to try to create an account due to errors. Very slow! Several places where the text is cut off so it can't be read. Whoever created this site did a horrible job of quality control. If they actually tested the site, then they would have seen the cut-off text issues, etc. That should be an easy fix and is embarrassing to the app creator.

Would be more convenient if it weren't SO SLOW! My phone goes to sleep waiting for a day and time to show up. Prescription refill screen won't scroll, despite being prompted to review the information, so only half the page is visible making any confirmation button that might appear on the screen impossible to reach. I don't know if the prescription order went through because I can't confirm the request.

A lot of people are having trouble with the setup. I found that part fairly easy. Truth is, I cheated. I read the messages from the app owners. However, once I got past that and opened the app with sign-on an p'word I found many things had sync'd. That's good, but sone of the info that sync'd needed to be edited. That's where I find the wall. I can't edit the errors without removing everything and starting over. This could be a deal breaker.

It's great that we finally have an app for this office! I'm super excited. The only thing I'm running into is when you book an appointment, the upcoming appointments don't change. It still shows "no appointments." Also, I'd like to see and be able to edit your pets list. There's several cats on our profile that are no longer with us.

Can't confirm a password to get into app 4 times. Is acceptable password 8 or more characters containing 3 of each of the following or containing at least 1 of each of the following. Tried both ways & get a wait message thst never goes away. Going back to sign in & still can't get in. Since can't get in, can't use so don't know how it functions.

Went through reset password process. After email was verified, no navigation to actually reset the password anywhere - dead end. Reacting to that, app hung on new acct creation after changing email when prompted. Edit: The developer responded by suggesting create a new account which I had tried previously. I tried again and this time noticed that there was content 'below the fold' with no scrollbars. Accessing that content I was able to get the new account verification code in.

Cat Doctor is the greatest! The veterinarians and techs are caring and patient with both cats and cat owners. They are great at finding solutions for any cat problems, and always patiently listen. I've never felt that they were rushing through my cat's care, even when they were busy.
