I need this app to communicate with the providers where I work. Somehow, when I downloaded the app, it connected me to a medical practice I've never even heard of! Can't get any support. No way to remove the practice. No search. Useless.

This app has been really great during a time when things have gone remote. The video on both ends are clear! A huge plus is there is never a lag, which is important with appointments such as connecting with my psychiatrist. One last thing is the security of pMD is very high. It definitely makes me feel safe using this app while talking about confidential matters 🙂!

I set up my account for my first appointment and it was very easy except the knowing to contact my provider after entering my number (I had been told it would ask for approval to use camera etc - skipped the contact provider part). Once that was figured out, it went very well. Had a test run and everything worked great!

For existing patients this is a good app. For new patients it needs work. I would get rid of the rolling cards to enter admission date and date of birth. they are really painful especially for older patients. Free text date of birth would be much easier

So, I was totally enjoying the app. Then 2 things happened. A client's name was misspelled. I discovered you can only correct misspellings by paying for the app. That is low-ethics business, in my view. Second, I decided it might be worth it to pay for the app. There is no link or option to pay for it in the app. So you're going to force me to pay for it over something that should be trivial, and not provide me with an easy way to do so.

I cannot login as it keeps telling me wrong password even though I'm entering in the right password! Then after trying 5 times, I resorted to changing my PW. After I get the link I input the same password I just changed it to & it still doesn't let me login! I keep having this issue every single time! I EVEN COPY N PASTE IT and it still says wrong password! You must really fix this... as I've spent over an hour trying to login! And it is urgent for me to speak to or message my doctor

I'm upset. This application wont download. I have a up coming appointment which I was going to do in person. But I was called by my doctor's office to tell me they doing it this way because of the virus. I tried several times. Still not working. I deleted extra stuff off my phone to make sure that it wasn't the problem. Still doesn't work.
